What is PTO?
The Franklin PTO extends a warm welcome to each of you. This is an organization that is
dedicated to providing our students with opportunities that extend outside of the classroom as
well as within the immediate school environment.Our first meeting for this school year will be on Wednesday, September 5th at 5:15 p.m. in the
school library. The meetings last approximately one hour. The officers are dedicated to doing
what is in the best interest of our school and have established goals, which include
student activities as well as family events.
The officers for 2007-08 are:
President: Kim Goetsch-Clark
Vice-President: Patty Smith
Secretary: Jayna McKenzie
Treasurer: Michelle Vonholtz
What is P.T.O.?
Our Franklin School PTO, Parent Teacher Organization, is a wonderful group of parents
and teachers with one common goal: to enrich our children’s lives with many new and
interesting experiences that make learning fun.When, Where, and What Time?
We meet the 2nd Monday of each month at Franklin School. We usually meet at 5:15.

What does PTO do for Franklin School and it's children?
We provide much needed support to our school. We like to help teach our children the
importance of everyone’s work in a family, at home and school, and also, in our community.Officers
What does a meeting look like?
PTO is a hard working group of parents and teachers dedicated to the children of
Franklin School! A meeting looks like a group of friends getting together. These friends
are lucky as they get to make decisions that make a difference in the educational
experience of their children and yours. Don't you think you would like to be part of this
